This section is provided to help train the eye between purebred Jindos from Jindo mixes, and to provide examples to how Jindo genes tend to dominate. This is not meant to encourage mix breedings.
Japanese Influence
In general, the Japanese breeds can be picked out by their eye shape, eye angles, tightness of the tail roll, base-set of ears, evenness of coat (particularly the tail), and stiff forward posture.

Chow mixes tend to produce a downward slant to the eyes and looser skin on the face.
